<AWT Dev> MAWT vs XAWT

Hi Oleg,

after 6463431 (integrated in b21) there's no such a check any more nor 
any stated requirement in readme files. I've double-checked it in make 
hierarchy, and the only motif-related stuff is Motif L&F and some 
deadend vestiges, never included anywhere.
