<AWT Dev> JDialog content is offset underneath the title bar when using "apple.awt.documentModalSheet"

Not really. The problem is obvious, and the solution is clear. Now it's 
just a question of resources availability. So, if anyone wants to 
contribute a patch - you're very welcome. But thanks anyway. And thanks 
for the bug report.
