<AWT Dev> RFR 8028019 Doclint cleanup of java.awt

Hi,

I updated the webrev to taking account doclint errors already fixed by
8026021 <https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8026021> More fix of 
javadoc errors and warnings reported by doclint.
