Hi Sergey,

I suggest to add a comment/javadoc to 
CWrapper.NSWindow.setBackgroundColor() to document the format of the 
integer argument (the order of the color components, to be precise, or 
the color model.) No need for a new webrev with this change.

Other than that, the fix looks good to me.
