Add to Affects Version/s: Java 7u40

1. User took steps to launch our application opening JNLP file directly
Expected result=Application launches with interface features like menus, dialog boxes, etc.
Actual result=Application launches missing user interface features like menus, dialog boxes, etc. as described in original problem report.

TRIED THIS SUGGESTED WORKAROUND
JDK-8074668 [macosx] Mac 10.10: Application run with splash screen has focus issues

Workaround: Launch javaws using the -Xnosplash option.

3. User repeated steps to launch our application and saved JNLP file
4. Terminal, javaws -Xnosplash /Users/sto-mbp02/Downloads/SmartReview\(1\).jnlp
