<AWT Dev> [9] Review request for 8131339[macosx] setMaximizedBounds() doesn't work for undecorated Frame

The fix looks fine.
Please take a look to related regression of 8065739. The problem occurs  
when you maximize Netbeans on osx 10.10 to the fullscreem mode, then the 
upper side of the window is broken.
