<AWT Dev> Request for review of bug JDK-8025670 [TEST_BUG] There is no "Maximize" in the appeared menu after Right -clicking on the taskbar button.

Please review the following fix for jdk9:

The behavior reported as issue,  is a normal behavior with Win7, Win8.
Only test description / steps is updated in file,    \java\awt\Frame\FrameLayoutTest\FrameLayoutTest.html
