<AWT Dev> [9] Request for review: JDK-8145984 sun.lwawt.macosx.CAccessible leaks

In [CGLLayer drawInCGLContext] moved the JNI ref check up the glContext setting block (and so fixed the early return).

Also, did some more string jobject’s cleanup (not as critical as UI objs leaks, but still it can leak as well).
