closed. Results:

Veto: 0
Abstain: 0

In the original email, a mistake was made: Group Lead nomination must be 
approved by a Simple Majority [5], not a Two-Thirds Majority [3]. 
According to the Bylaws definition of Simple Majority, results above are 
enough to approve the nomination.
