<AWT Dev> [9] Review request: 8167155 [PIT] failure and a test bug in MultiResolutionTrayIconTest.java

I didn't mean a bug in the test. I meant it reads to me like there was a 
product bug
found by the test except the test wasn't reporting it correctly.

If you say otherwise that is fine .. but you might want to check with 
the submitter of
the bug first.
