<AWT Dev> RFR: 8196468 : Client jtreg ProblemList updates

There's some noise in here as I moved the swing tests added last time to 
be listed
next to other swing tests and grouped a few other tests together.

The biggest additions are a lot of failures on linux that are filed as 
just a few bugs
since they are likely the same underlying issue - probably a product 
/platform issue
and some tests that jtreg says have errors.

Most of the Windows additions here are tests that timeout for a variety 
of reasons.
