Hello.
Please review the fix for jdk11.

The text for @deprecation tags in java.applet package and classes 
related to applets are updated. Now it has a notion that there are no 
new API which replace the Applet API.

I am not sure is it necessary to create a CSR for this change, but if 
needed I'll create it after the technical review.
