Thanks for the review.
Yes it passes in our windows mach5 machine.
I have checked multiple times with this fix previously also and was trying to resolve this issue for all the platforms under https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8028701 . But it was inconclusive.
The present fix under 8225105 stabilizes the test case so that it doesn't fail even in local system, where I was able to reproduce this issue by keeping Cygwin terminal in front of test components.
