Hello.
Please review the fix for JDK 14.

On macOS 10.15 the java applications cannot set a label badge to the icon in the dock.
[NSDockTile.setBadgeLabel] stop working if called after java initialized
via JavaRuntimeSupport.

This bug was reported to Apple, and we also try to fix it on our side,
but while the feature does not work it should be reported as unsupported.
