Hi Sergey,

This is a bit difficult to say with certainty given the number of
toolkits used in Linux, so while the applications I tried all seems to
behave this way, I don't know if it's fully consistent all the time.

That said, by the look of it this seems to be the case, at least for
GTK+ based toolkits, Java is the only platform that responds to the
mouse scrolling with a focus event.
