<AWT Dev> RFR: 8257853: Remove dependencies on JNF's JNI utility functions in AWT and 2D code [v7]

Not something I'd considered as a goal.
I suppose its part of OpenJDK which means it will be there for anyone to 
use under the GPL2+CP ...
but there's no thought of delivering it like we deliver jni.h with the 
binary JDK distribution.
