<AWT Dev> RFR 8213129: java/awt/font/FontNames/LocaleFamilyNames.java times out in Win7

This test was problem listed as part of stabilisation process and test was timing out only in my old Win 7 machine continuously.
I ran extensive test in our CI and it doesnt fail/timeout. We should remove it from problem list and run it in our CI.
