<AWT Dev> RFR: 8270331: [TESTBUG] Error: Not a test or directory containing tests: java/awt/print/PrinterJob/InitToBlack.java

1) Removed Testcase depending on InitToBlack.html file which makes the testcase to executed independently.
2) Removed Applet class dependent.
3) Moved applet/manual=yesno to  main/manual InitToBlack
