[code-reflection] RFR: PoC of Triton programming in Java

An article published at the babylon-docs repo will follow in a few weeks. In the interim lets get the example in the code base.

A subsequent PR will attempt to crudely integrate the building of this example with the build system (if maven is present) so that we know if we unintentionally broke something.
