[code-reflection] Integrated: Migrating HatPtr to use schema

Migrating HatPtr to use BoundSchema. 
Added game of life examples - not working just yet. 
Added CoreOps and,or and xor needed by game of life. 
Life example highlighted some issues with byte operations being converted to int
