[code-reflection] Integrated: Missed some import issues (experiments) from latest babylon changes

I missed a couple of import changes from recent babylon changes. 

Added a cleaner bld script which handles dependencies. 

Not commiting to it yet, but 


 java hat/Hat.java run ffi-opencl nbody

Should   only build what is needed for nbody and the backend. 

java hat/Hat.java bld 

Will build all
