[code-reflection] Integrated: Hat UI updates and iml fixes

Lots of small changes. 

Some cleanup of ui's for demos. 

.iml changes (intellij) to align with move of hat -> hat-core

.pom changes (allowing maven to build hat-core, backends and examples) 

Added bit checks in ndrange to avoid buffer moves.
