[code-reflection] RFR: Improve runtime invocation

This PR, co-authored with @LizeRaes, enhances the way FER demo iterates over the input received:
* Take arena invocation out of the loop, together with provider configuration.
* Separate session preparation from the actual inference and remove progressbar.
