[code-reflection] Integrated: Hat util regex

Added a wrapper around java Pattern regex matcher which is easier to use (instanceof patterns) 

Result of matcher generates distict classes (FAIL vs PASS) so we can pattren switch more easily. 

Also added hat/ffisync
