[code-reflection] Integrated: added tests to pom and intellij builds

Added tests to maven build (was previously building to hat-tests-1.0-SNAPSHOT) which was not picked up by the @hat/test script

Also added intellij/tests.iml and added tests to intellij/.idea/modules.iml so tests are included in the intellij project
