[code-reflection] Integrated: Refactor of device schema collection before I unify schema building

Wanted to capture teh comments in the FFI backend regarding moduleop 

I think we need to update callgraphs moduleOp after we transform the models for HAT dialaect, otherwise it gets out of sync.
