[code-reflection] Integrated: Fixes an issue with FP16 and BF16 types I pushed in previous PR

I clearly messed up the last PR. 

Seemed to run on Mac. But failed miserably on NVidia driver (for OpenCL and CUDA).

Apologies. This should fix it.
