<Beans Dev> java beans bug?

Hi Sergey,

I think I filed a bug in the right place.  Because it cuts across
versions and platforms I chose windows and java 7.  I also put it in 
the java SE.

I hope the bug report comes through and provides sufficient detail.

I will try again, if not!
