What changes have you made to work around the int32_t, intptr_t problem?

It would be nice to have a newer binary for people to try.  With the patches
that have been made the JRE can be used to run NetBeans (if the startup
script is modified to not pass in -XDock) and IntelliJ (by using
-Didea.no.jdk.check=true).  It will not work Eclipse or SWT applications
since we don't have an accepted patch for the -XstartOnFirstThread and there
is now way to work around that.
