_LP64, int32_t and intptr_t

I have filed a bug 6787106 which cover that fix. I will put back the fix
as soon as we cut off hotspt 15 tree (currently we are at hs14).
I still need to put back a few bsd specific files to cover the build
failures on 64 bit Mac OS as soon as I get the access permission to the
tree.
