hg: bsd-port/bsd-port/jdk: . Allow the base location of X11 to be overridden, but continue to default

. Allow the base location of X11 to be overridden, but continue to default
  to /usr/X11R6.
. Allow the base location of third party packages to be overridden.  Default
  to /usr on Linux and /usr/local everywhere else (I'd suggest there are
  some better choices for other than FreeBSD, but I'm not 100% sure what
  they are).
. Use a BSD specific font path rather than hijacking the Linux one and
  configure it based on what I see on my FreeBSD box.  Please feel free
  to add directories for Net, Open, DragonFly and Mac OS X.
