Pulling from OpenJDK7 - Confused on BinaryPlugs.gmk

Hi,

I tried to pull from OpenJDK7 hg pull
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7/jdk7into a local bsd repo.  There was
only 1 conflict (not my issue) but I did
not get the changes I was expecting.  I am trying to get my version of
jdk/make/common/internal/BinaryPlugs.gmk to be the same as the version in
JDK7.  Since I am not a very good with mercurial I am not sure what I need
to do to get the the version from JDK7 into my local version.

I guess, I don't understand why I am not getting the latest version.
