-Xdock soylatte fix

It looks like -Xdock is not recognized by the bsd port of OpenJDK.  Eclipse
passes that parameter to the VM, as does NetBeans by the look of this
thread<http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/bsd-port-dev/2008-September/000032.html>.
 Can someone (Landon?) merge that patch in from SoyLatte?
