Revert changeset f66c8cc87047, returning to DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH.

The use of DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH fixed issues when bootstrapping against OpenJDK, but introduced significant regressions
and should instead be replaced with the use of @rpath/@loader_path.
