We can only apply the patch if it was either produced by someone who has
an SCA on file with Oracle or if that person is prepared to sign the SCA
and submit it to Oracle :(.
There are some patches in the FreeBSD port that I'd love to get in (a
kqueue provider for NIO) but can't since they are in the same situation :(.
