CFV: New BSD Port Committer: Jung-uk Kim

I hereby nominate Jung-uk Kim to BSD Port Committer.

Jung-uk contributed (along with Brian Gardner) the initial port of OpenJDK 8
to FreeBSD, he also maintains FreeBSD's OpenJDK 6 port, and has contributed
numerous fixes to the OpenJDK 7 port over the years.

Votes are due by December 8th, 2014.

Only current BSD Port Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this nomination.
Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
