By the way, Igor, I had to copy the "ftbuild.h" file into the "freetype2"
directory and put *that* directory on the FREETYPE_INCLUDE variable to make
it work. I still haven't gotten regular freetype-2.3.x build to work,
unfortunately--it builds the DLL, but not the import lib. :-/
