Build problem (Windows, b24)

Ah, but wait.... I notice that it's trying to find the strip-properties tool
in windows-i586, but the "btjars" directory lives in
windows-i586-fastdebug....
Is this a possible Makefile bug? Or is my environment somehow not set up
right?
