State of the build on Windows?

WHEE-HAAAA! Success! (At least, so far--it's still going.) And yes, this is
with the implib32-created t2k.lib file that I manually dropped into the
binary plugs jre/bin directory. Sanity passed, and I'm assuming the rest of
the build will work.
(Boy, will I look stupid if it doesn't work after all, but....)
Next question: doing a 'make' builds a product build; how do I get a build
that defines all debug symbols? In other words, how do I get the various
hotspot-build options (debug/fastdebug/product and
core/compiler1/compiler2/tiered/etc) in the build?
