Build problem (Windows XP)

I found the cause (thanks to Igor Nekrestyanov). It was in my build 
script. I explicitly set the MAKE environment variable. Accidentally, 
the  variable included the "all" target. It caused make always do the 
"all" target. It crashed the build.
