Precisely, that is the problem. Lets talk to the legal team to get a
more pragmatic policy in place. See for example:
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Legally-Significant.html
for the GNU Maintainer guidelines around such micro patchlets.
But it isn't an issue for the current patch, which has already been
checked in thanks to Jon.
