Help with Windows build on b24

[Ted Neward]

I keep running into the same problem as I’ve emailed here before, so I’m
appealing to whomever does the Windows debug/fastdebug builds at Sun: can
you spare a few moments (I promise to try and keep it as  lightweight and
terse as possible) to help me diagnose the problem? I don’t want to file a
bug over it, but I’m stumped as to what’s going on here.
