Wiki page for OpenJDK Build pages

I'm thinking that is it makes sense for others to contribute, edit,
or correct the pages, then a wiki makes sense. Just my opinion.
I was thinking that some of my blogs in the past might make sense to
be added to this wiki, but I'm not sure when I'll be able to do that.

Anyone is welcome to post whatever pages they want.

Not that I'm crazy about this particular wiki system. Seems rather
complicated to me, but it's there and it works, sort of.
Adding the glossary was not easy.
