[PATCH] Remove dependency on JScheme for generating CORBA exceptions

I'll try and sync up the corba/jaxp/jaxws areas in OpenJDK6 and OpenJDK7
very soon...

I'm working on the OpenJDK6 Mercurial repositories now...
