Command line acceptance of binary plugs license?

I tried it; it builds. Can the build docs (README and README-builds.html) 
be updated so more people know about this?

Also, if it's going to be a while before the SNMP plugin is free of this 
requirement, it would still be nice to have command line capabilities for 
accepting the license.

In my case, I'm glad I don't need the SNMP plugin (yet).
