Thanks. I have gotten the build to work. One of my issues is that I  
have removed X11 from my system a while back. I updated the wiki page (http://wikis.sun.com/display/OpenJDK/Darwin9Build 
) with the information, adding a few more things to do to recover from  
errors.

It is nice having this all in one script, as in your second link.  
Perhaps there is a way to parameterize your script and make it more  
general. And if you want to add to the wiki, as well, that would  
probably be helpful.

I'm on to using the VM at this point. If you have any info you want to  
share on how some testing can be accomplished on Mac OS X, I would be  
interested in hearing about it.
