Windows 64bit SDK changes (VS2008)

I am currently working on the Windows 2003 64bit Platform SDK update.
Thought Windows people might like to see a webrev. ;^)

For those of you unfamiliar with Windows 64bit building, the 64bit
version of the Visual Studio compilers are provided in the Windows SDK.
This new 64bit compiler is basically Visual Studio 2008.
The SDK is available at:
