Allow HotSpot to build on Linux 3.0+

I field 7072341: enable hotspot builds on Linux 3.0

I'll push this (via JPRT) to the runtime sub-repo: http://hg.openjdk.java.net/hsx/hotspot-rt/hotspot 
  and it should propagate from there.
