Javac/Netbeans meeting 10/11/11

Michel,

There's not much publicly available info yet, and the code is strictly a 
prototype, that has not been reviewed or integrated yet. You can find 
some details in the attached message concerning the restructuring of the 
JDK build, which is the driver for this work, and the context in which 
the work has been developed.
