Yeah, I found this with IcedTea bootstrapping; see patches/boot/jaxp-dependency.patch
in IcedTea7.  There are a lot of implicit assumptions throughout the build
that a complete Oracle JDK will be available (i.e one with com.sun.* and sun.* classes).
